Women's 5k Adidas Run 

Here come the girls!  Join thousands of women from all around the UK for the UK's biggest fun 5k all-female run. It's a perfect race for beginners or those training for bigger events, and the atmosphere on the day is incredible.

The race takes place in London's beautiful Hyde Park, through Birmingham's historic city centre or in Liverpool's gorgeous Sefton Park.  You choose the location most convenient for you.

There is no minimum sponsorship requirement – just pay £15 registration fee and then raise what you can. Easy!

How to enter


Applications for the 2009 race will open shortly. Email challenge@fsid.org.uk and we will notify you as soon as you can sign up.


Once entries are open go to http://womenschallenge.co.uk/onlinentry/ and select your race location. Then follow the instructions for registering. Don't forget to select FSID as your chosen charity from the first drop down menu. This is very important as it means we are automatically given £5 of your registration fee. 

Alternatively you can download an entry form, print it out and send it in by post with your registration fee, quoting FSID on the form.

Remember: let us know once you are signed up and we can send you a fundraising pack and running vest so you can get training and fundraising right away! We will not be informed of you signing up by the race organisers so it is up to you to let us know you're running.
